NaNoWriMo – Day 10. Slowly Getting There

My personal best tonight.  I set the laptop up and churned out 710 words once my children were in bed, I just need to do this for a few more nights and get back into the habit of writing early and writing on the laptop.  A good chunk of NaNoWriMo has been done on my phone which makes the writing process a very slow one.

Day 1 – 157

Day 2 – 114

Day 3 – 169

Day 4 – 281

Day 5 – 191

Day 6 – 0

Day 7 – 203

Day 8 – 286

Day 9 – 259

Day 10 – 710

Total – 2370

It looks like a May 2018 finish is still on the cards.

"I loved writing as a child, loved making up silly stories. They came built-in to my brain, almost like an Ikea instruction manual. The focus these days is to figure out how to now turn them into books" Tanya Butler, June 2018
